Automatic Soxhlet Extraction Fat Analyzer 

SZF-06A soxhlet extractor, is the use of soxhlet extraction technology developed for laboratory determination of fat content equipment, with reasonable design, stable performance, high accuracy, operation effort, time saving, extraction method in line with (GB5512-85) standard. The instrument is ideal equipment for soxhlet extraction in food, oil, feed and soil industries.

Determine the fat content according to the Soxhlet extraction 
principle and gravimetric method. The fat is dissolved in an organic 
solvent, and the fat is separated from the solvent by extraction, and 
then dried, and the fat content is weighed and calculated. 
It mainly consists of three parts: heating soaking extraction, 
solvent recovery and cooling. During operation, the heating 
temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the 
reagent and the ambient temperature, and the sample is repeatedly 
soaked and extracted during the extraction process to achieve rapid 
measurement.

It is suitable for the determination of crude fiber content of various 
foods, beverages, etc. It is an ideal equipment for measuring fat in 
food, oil, feed and other industries.
